Cornell Trace, designed for independent living, is a 58-unit patio home community composed of twenty-nine, two unit buildings. The spacious homes range from 1330 sq. feet to 1855 sq. feet and include large garages. All residents have access to a beautiful clubhouse for a variety of activities. Cornell Trace operates under IRS regulations. This allows BHI to contract with the residents to live here and to buy back the unit at a minimum of 82% of the original contract agreement price. A monthly service fee provides total interior and exterior maintenance to assure our residents care free living! Cornell Trace is currently 100% occupied, but you can place your name on a waiting list for future availability.
